Practice founder

Dr. Jamie Luria, MD

A board-certified physician practicing the careful, evidence-based peptide medicine he believed was missing from the market.

The why

Why he built Helix.

Jamie Luria is a board-certified physician with more than a decade of clinical experience across hospital and outpatient medicine. He spent years watching patients piece together peptide protocols from research-chemical websites and unvetted clinics, and decided there should be a better option.

He founded Helix to practice the careful, evidence-based peptide medicine he believed was missing from the market: a real prescribing relationship, a considered formulary, and ongoing care that doesn't end when the package ships.

Helix is deliberately small. It is built around a single physician who is willing to say no when a peptide isn't the right answer, and to invest the time that a real clinical relationship requires. That is the whole idea: peptide therapy, practiced as medicine.

How he practices

Three things every patient can expect.

A real prescribing relationship.

Every patient is evaluated by Dr. Luria personally. He forms a clinical impression, writes the protocol himself, and is the physician you message for follow-up, the same one, every visit.

A considered formulary.

Helix prescribes only peptides with stable regulatory standing and meaningful clinical evidence. The list is intentionally narrow, and it changes only when the evidence and the regulatory picture change.

Care that doesn't end at the ship date.

The prescription is the beginning, not the end. Protocols are monitored and adjusted over time, because the ongoing physician relationship is what makes peptide therapy work safely.
